Three Grades of Ankle Sprains

Plantar Fasciitis in Athletes

The plantar fascia is a band of tissue that runs along the bottom of the foot from the heel to the toes. Rest is the best treatment for plantar fasciitis, but in some severe cases surgery may be necessary. Players who opt for surgery will need 3-4 months for recovery. What Is Plantar Fasciitis?
